How to get onto the huge roof on highrise

Go to the left of the building where the fallen window cleaner thing is
sprint and jump onto it and press start so you dont move
once your onto the ladder, climb and move across the edges of the building untill you reach the top
then I suggest laying a tactical insertion if you want to stay there.
